DELIVERY

Because delivery costs differ from one piece to another, an agreed-upon estimate is required. No payment will be accepted before the estimate is agreed upon.

 

(1) Shipping is from the Atelier Lorenzi premises to the delivery address that you have indicated on your order.

​

(2) Generally, working time estimates require three weeks minimum for deliveries in France, depending on available stock.

PAYMENT METHODS

(1)  All prices on our on-line showroom include VAT. Deliveries outside the EU can be subject to customs and import taxes due upon delivery to the delivery address.

​

(2) Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the piece. The price, including VAT and shipping charges, will also appear on the invoice before shipping. 

​

(3) Payment can be made by credit card.

DELAYS

(1) Delivery time of pieces in stock will vary from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the preparation needed.

(2) Subjects not in syock will take up to 8 weeks according to the necessary casting process.
